Logic PD’s Bruce DeWitt and Lorri Anderson to Present at HR Executive Forum Event

Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Design & Engineering company Logic PD announced today that President and CEO Bruce DeWitt and Vice President of Human Resources Lorri Anderson will present at an upcoming Twin Cities HR Executive Forum event Tuesday, May 15, at the Metropolitan Ballroom and Clubroom in Golden Valley, Minn.

DeWitt and Anderson will share details of their experience in strategically navigating Logic PD through the major change of the company’s recent sale to Compass Group Equity Partners. The two executive leaders will also talk about how they created a strategy that served as a lynch pin in maintaining award-winning operations while trying to attract a best-fit buyer.

The event will begin with a networking hour at 3:30 p.m., with the program and presentation taking place from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.

“Managing disruptive events like ownership changes relies on solid strategy from top leaders and planning for all kinds of contingencies,” DeWitt said. “The most important thing for a leader to do is reflect with your actions how you’d like your workers to act, and fortunately, our excellent workforce remained resilient and productive throughout our period of change.”

About Bruce DeWitt
Since April 2013, Bruce DeWitt has served as President and CEO of Logic PD and as a member of its Board of Directors. DeWitt works closely with Logic PD leadership to set strategy and foster a culture of execution and growth. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO at Logic PD, DeWitt spent six years at Alliant Techsystems, Inc. where he served in various executive roles, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the ATK Armament Systems Division. In prior leadership roles, DeWitt held management positions at Raytheon Company and served over 20 years in the United States Air Force, where he specialized in the strategic development of aeronautical systems and special programs and retired in 2003 as a Colonel.

About Lorri Anderson
As vice president of human resources, Lorri is responsible for supporting Logic PD’s strategy and growth as well as evolving company culture through the recruitment and onboarding of new talent, employee development and performance management. Lorri brings over 30 years of experience leading human resource functions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Logic PD in 2014, she has held management and executive positions at ExpressPoint Technology Services, Northwestern Travel, and Zappco, Inc.
