Avnet Technology Solutions Honored as a Winner of Operational Excellence at 2007 Microsoft Partner Program Awards

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Today, Avnet Technology Solutions announced it has won the Operational Excellence Award at the 2007 Microsoft Partner Program Awards. The company was chosen out of the top U.S. Microsoft Partners for delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology. The awards were distributed at a ceremony held May 16 in Phoenix, Arizona, at Microsoft’s Channel Partner Summit.

Winners were chosen from a pool of more than 38 entrants in the U.S. Avnet was recognized for superior operational excellence, meeting or exceeding specific requirements for the number of valid agreements in a variety of categories, as well as the number of on-time and valid order submissions. By meeting these operational criteria, these winners have illustrated their commitment to providing value and customer satisfaction.
