Four Seasons Hotel Montreal Welcomes the Return of Chef Marcus Samuelsson

On the heels of a summer full of fresh fare, hand-crafted cocktails and great company, MARCUS Restaurant + Terrace is continuing to create culinary magic as the team welcomes back Chef Marcus Samuelsson. The talented visionary will return to Montreal for a weekend full of celebratory events and unparalleled dining experiences.

In collaboration with MARCUS Executive Chef Jason DeJordy-Morris, Chef Marcus will host three days of activations beginning with a commemorative event at MARCUS Lounge + Bar on Saturday, September 24, 2022. Taking place on the third-floor social square at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, guests will toast to Chef’s return with cocktails made by Head Mixologist Jonathan Homier and his talented brigade. Guests can look forward to live entertainment as they sip and savour delicious drinks. The festivities will continue with a special brunch celebration on Sunday, as Chef Marcus and Chef Jason helm the kitchen creating signature sweet and savoury dishes promising to pair perfectly with Mimosas and Caesars.

Come Monday evening, guests, residents and locals alike can enjoy the main attraction as both chefs display their talents in the heart of the MARCUS open-concept kitchen for a one-night-only gastronomic affair. With live music and surprise performances, attendees can indulge in quality food and drink while immersing themselves in the dynamic atmosphere of the unique take on a traditional brasserie.
