Both websites are translated into local language and offer local eCommerce options, previously not available from the company’s USA website, Pasternack.com. Pasternack’s main objective with the new sites was to provide Chinese and Japanese engineers and buyers a new local language and local currency platform, with the easiest, most intuitive process for searching and finding any of the company’s +40,000 RF components and cable assemblies with as few clicks as possible.  

These new sites utilize a left-hand navigation menu which allows the user to drill down into their desired product categories with a single click. Once inside a particular product family, the parametric search parameters allow the user to reduce the total number of products displayed in the results with each successive filter that is applied. Also available is a new robust site search engine using the search bar on the top of the page allows users to type in their local language to find products matching their description. If a user prefers to search online, but would rather make purchases via phone or email, Pasternack’s distribution partner in the applicable country is able to respond in near real-time to a customer’s request.
