Temecula Catering Honored for Excellence in Service

Temecula Catering has again been honored by Celebration Media, U.S. (CMUS) as one of its 2011 Talk of the Town Award Recipients in the category of top caterer in Southern California. Temecula Catering averaged a five star rating in Celebration Media’s analysis of internet reviews. This caterer was one of only fifteen in Southern California of the more than five hundred considered to receive the full five star score and it was one of only two to receive the highest possible rating in Smyrna.

Temecula Catering is located in Temecula, California at Jefferson and Winchester, is Temecula’s only caterer approved by the state of California to use the Sous Vide slow cooking technique. Chef Michael Cragg built his extensive expertise at the Ritz-Carlton where he cooked for five years in their world renowned restaurants. Today, Temecula Catering provides works with many of the local wineries including Danza Del Sol, Stuart Cellars and Oak Mountain Wineries. He was chosen as the chef for the VIP lounge at the Temecula Valley Wine and Balloon Festival and has made appearances on television and radio.
