Boca Raton Wine & Food Festival Announces Exciting Addition for 2nd Annual Event 11.11.11 & 11.12.11

Friday, November 11th will Feature an Exclusive VIP Formal Dinner Under-the-Stars

The founders of the Boca Raton Wine & Food Festival have announced that the November 2011 weekend will be even more spectacular than last year’s inaugural event. In addition to the traditional grand tasting which will feature dozens of South Florida restaurants; this year, they are adding a formal sit down dinner. The Festival will begin on Friday, November 11, 2011 with an elaborate culinary feast that will be limited to approximately 200 guests. Then on Saturday, the Festival will open for general admission where thousands of guests will be able to partake in a lavish extravaganza of geographic-inspired cuisine, wine tastings and live entertainment.

“We wanted to add something special to this year’s Festival,” said Founder Russell Spadaccini, who is also the CEO of BocaRaton.com. “This formal dining experience under the stars is something I know the gourmands of South Florida will savor.”

VIP guests will be able to select a region of their choice, including France, Asia Pacific, South America, Italy, America, Spain, and others. Approximately 30 guests will feast upon a multi-course dinner representative of their chosen region. After the sumptuous meal, the guests will then be treated to a night of live entertainment and dancing.

On Saturday evening, the venue expands as thousands are expected to attend the Grand Tasting. The event takes place along East Camino Real, from the Boca Resort to Federal Highway. The 1/3 Mile Distance will be transformed into a lavish walkway of elaborately decorated countries and regions, where guests enjoy a gastronomic journey of tastes, sounds and visions! South Florida’s best restaurants are grouped by region and prepare their most beloved dishes, while premier vintners offer tastings of some of the world’s best wines. Each section features region-appropriate music and décor, with live entertainment at the main stage area.

Ticket Pricing is as follows; $85 Grand Tasting Saturday, November 12th and $175 for both Friday, November 11th VIP Dinner ‘Under-the-Star’ and the Grand Tasting.

Pre-Sale Tickets Go On Sale Monday, July 11th for the Grand Tasting, $20 off each ticket until August 10th.
