NEC Electronics Announces Executive Personnel Changes

KAWASAKI, Japan, March 23, 2006, NEC Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723) today announced the following executive personnel changes, which were approved at the meeting of the board of directors on March 23, 2006. The changes will become effective as of April 1, 2006.
