CHICAGO, Feb. 16, 2006 -- The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA], the world’s largest aerospace company, will present a broad range of products, exhibits, briefings and other activities at Asian Aerospace 2006 beginning Feb. 21 in Singapore.

“Asian Aerospace continues to attract the world’s premier aerospace companies and their customers,” said Tod Hullin, Boeing senior vice president, Communications. “Boeing enters Singapore with terrific momentum across the company, and plans to use the show to spotlight its strong commitment to its customers, partners and suppliers with the best products and services in the industry,” he said.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Integrated Defense Systems, Boeing Capital Corp. and Connexion by BoeingSM will participate in the exhibition. Boeing’s schedule begins on Tuesday, Feb. 21, with a press conference at 1500 hours for Boeing Commercial Airplanes - a briefing on the highly successful 787 Dreamliner program. Since its launch, the 787 Dreamliner has become the aviation industry’s best-selling new airplane, clearly demonstrating its market success.

On Wednesday, Feb. 22, Boeing Commercial Airplanes will conduct a briefing at 0900 hours on the 777 and 747-8 programs. The 777 continues to demonstrate its popularity, with record-setting sales in 2005 showing why it continues to define the future of long-haul, point-to-point travel. The 747-8 was launched in late 2005 with commitments from air cargo carriers in both Europe and Asia.

Boeing Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) briefings will feature Boeing’s growing footprint in India, and other parts of Asia, its broad array of customer-focused product and service solutions in the defense sector, and a briefing on Rotorcraft, a segment in which Boeing has provided tremendous industry leadership through aircraft like the AH-64 Apache and the Chinook.

IDS will showcase the F-15 fighter with two F-15C aircraft, and two F-15Es on display, and F-15 demonstration flights, illustrating the plane’s superior ability to satisfy customer requirements. Also on display will be a Republic of Singapore Air Force AH-64 Apache.

The Boeing exhibit will highlight the 747-8, the 777-200LR - the world’s longest-range twin-engine aircraft, the 787 Dreamliner, and the F/A-18E/F, the CH-47, C-17, P-8A MMA and many other products.
