Weber Shandwick Appoints Robert Dowling General Manager, Northern California

Dowling will continue in his current role as head of Weber Shandwick’s technology practice in North America, where he is responsible for business development initiatives as well as a broad range of client counsel and thought leadership initiatives. He will report to Ken Luce, president of the firm’s California and Southwest offices.

Dowling, who has been with Weber Shandwick for four years, has demonstrated a keen ability to grow the North American technology practice with award-winning work and build a strong team of talented professionals. He has a solid new business track record as well winning assignments ranging from multinational corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups.
