Amdocs Secures License and Managed Services Agreement with MetroPCS

New six-year managed services contract includes license and utilization of billing, operational support systems and customer care

ST. LOUIS - Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems announced it has signed a six-year agreement for managed services with MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (NYSE: PCS), the nation’s leading provider of unlimited, flat-rate, pay in advance wireless communications service. MetroPCS will license billing, operational support systems (OSS) and customer care products from Amdocs CES – 7.5, Amdocs’ Customer Experience Systems product portfolio.

The six-year managed services agreement will support MetroPCS’ wireless plans. In addition to licensing the CES 7.5 suite of products, the agreement includes Amdocs’ provision of certain billing and operational support services to allow MetroPCS to migrate from its current billing and operational support system to the CES 7.5 suite of products.
