Viral Traffic & Viral Marketing - The free way to drive visitors to your company’s website

Viral Marketing has become an important tool in the big corporations online marketing arsenal. We see Nike using viral videos to promote to football boots.

We see car manufactures using strange & crazy viral videos (fords decapitated cat video comes to mind!) to reach segments of the market they wouldn’t usually be able to reach using main stream marketing methods.

So the question is - Why are small & medium sized business’s not taking advantage of this marketing medium to drive traffic & potential customers to their websites?

I sat down with online marketing blogger Mark Flavin from http://MarkFlavinBlog.com to find out the answer.

“For example many niche business’s use viral ebooks. Six or seven page eBooks that a particular niche or industry finds interesting & it spreads like wild fire throughout the customer base as it provides valuable information for free”

After sitting down with Mark Flavin it became apparent that big funds or giant video studios are not necessary for a successful viral marketing campaign just some creative taught & a little knowledge of the latest viral marketing techniques.
