SMG Trainings Deliver as Promised; Getting Started Training for P1D Associates Highlights Synergy’s Best

Synergy Marketing Group (SMG) introduced the ‘Getting Started’ Training Series for P1D this week, covering every aspect of the P1D Business Opportunity to over 1000 participants.

“This series will be an integral piece of our support and training curriculum, and will repeat every week. The series recordings will also be accessible through the P1D MAC 4.0 System for continual reference,” said SMG CEO, Nitsa Nakos.

Trainings were conducted by Synergy Certified Instructors (SCI’s) for Platinum One Destinations (P1D). “These company endorsed trainers have a wide repertoire of experience. Our trainers consist of travel experts, network marketing gurus, systems specialists, and highly successful team builders and mentors.” said Nakos. “We have all our bases covered.”

Synergy Certified Product and Retail Trainers Lisa Moore and Julie Dowd will be the official trainers on the P1D Products and Memberships.

P1D Associates earn money several ways; through direct sales, team building and leadership bonuses designed to reward those who actively mentor and train their team to success.

Delivered alongside SCI Pamela Glowski, the 90 Day Action Plan training is considered the Synergy blueprint for success. “This plan also encourages Associates to examine the importance of attitude and mind sets as well as the day to day activities
that produce long term results. The goal is to re-evaluate your action plan each 90 days and adjust accordingly,” said Karavas.

While the training has now been customized for P1D, it has served as the starting point for all of Synergy’s top earners in their former CSG businesses.

Brand new P1D Silver MA, Paula Gillian from Vancouver attended the P1D 90 Day Training to prepare herself for her first months in business. “I have zero business experience, but this training gave me step - by-step instructions on how to build my business in the first 90 days,” she said.

An upcoming training to round off the 5 part series will outline the features and functionality of the new P1D MAC 4.0 Online Marketing System. Systems specialist Steve Colwell from technology partner e2Impact will play host alongside Synergy Certified Instructors. “The MAC trainings will top off this series with the technical knowledge needed to run your business with The MAC 4.0 with maximum efficiency.” said Nakos.
