ANAGRAM Technologies reduces holdings in Orpheus Laboratories

Preverenges, Switzerland. - Nov 1, 2005 - ANAGRAM Technologies SA, a leading innovator of digital audio synchronisation and conversion technologies, today announced that is has reduced its investment in Orpheus Laboratories Sarl through an increase of capital to become a minority shareholder. ANAGRAM also relinquished all management responsibilities to the new investors that took over operations since the 22nd of August 2005. To reflect these new management changes, Orpheus Laboratories Sarl is now operating under the new name of Orpheus Media Sarl.

“This transaction reinforces our commitment to strengthening our core business: developing high performance audio converter products,” said Thierry Heeb, Chief Executive Officer of ANAGRAM. “Foregoing the management responsibilities of Orpheus will allow us to concentrate entirely on bringing world class digital audio solutions to market, while delivering greater added value services to our clients. We are now 100% focused on what we do best.”

Thierry further added, “Orpheus is a world class brand in the high end consumer audio market with a very strong representation in Asia. We look forward to working with the new management and intend to maintain a strong commercial relationship with Orpheus Media.”
