Australia’s Aurora Energy Selects Oracle® Utilities Customer Care and Billing to Help Deliver Superior Customer Service to Local and National Markets


Oracle today announced that Tasmania, Australia’s Aurora Energy has selected Oracle(r) Utilities Customer Care and Billing to assist in the ongoing delivery of superior customer service in the Tasmanian and Australian national energy markets. Aurora Energy plans to implement the solution to help manage customer account and billing information in near real time and continue providing best-quality customer experiences as more energy providers enter the Tasmanian market.
