LogicVision Adds Alliance as European Distributor

SAN JOSE, CA — September 12, 2005 — LogicVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGVN), a leading provider of yield learning capabilities that enable its customers to quickly and efficiently improve product yields, today announced the addition of Alliance Sales (Europe) Ltd as distributor for LogicVision products in the UK, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, and Sweden. This engagement expands LogicVision’s sales and customer service on a regional basis, allowing broader European deployment of LogicVision yield learning solutions.

LogicVision’s comprehensive LV2005 product line includes ETCreate™ which imbeds proprietary test technology within a semiconductor design, and ETAccess™ which provides unparalleled use of the embedded test technology for diagnostics and fast silicon bring-up. In addition, the SiVision® software gives product engineers the ability to accelerate silicon volume ramp through the identification of yield limiters related to both design and process issues. Under the agreement, Alliance will sell LogicVision’s proprietary LV2005 product line, providing an integrated solution for at-speed debug, characterization, manufacturing test and production analysis of complex semiconductors to the European community.
