Ricoh Named Top Premier Performer

Ricoh Americas Corporation (formerly Ricoh Corporation and Lanier Worldwide, Inc.) announced today that it has been recognized by the Premier healthcare alliance as a winner of the 2007 Pinnacle Award for supplier performance that meets and exceeds the expectations of Premier and its members.
Tom Sullivan, vice president, Major Accounts and Scott Petraglia, corporate account manager, Ricoh Americas Corporation, accepted the award at the 2007 Premier Annual Breakthroughs Conference & Exhibition in Orlando on June 19. Ricoh earned the Pinnacle award for consistent performance excellence with the Premier alliance. The award is based on performance data collected during the year and shared with contracted suppliers through the Premier business line review process.

“The Premier Pinnacle Award honors those elite suppliers who understand the importance of collaboration and strive for performance excellence. The 2007 Premier Pinnacle Award was awarded to 13 suppliers out of 720 eligible contracted suppliers who have consistently achieved scorecard ratings in 2006 of 95 percent or higher.
