Reading Glass Books Brings Authors and New Releases to MIBF

Reading Glass Books is proud to announce its return to the 2026 Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) this September 9-13, marking its fourth year of participation in the Philippines’ premier literary event. As a U.S.-based independent bookstore dedicated to connecting authors with readers around the world, Reading Glass Books continues to expand its global literary presence by bringing an exciting lineup of books, authors, and special events to one of Asia’s largest and most celebrated book fairs.

Recognized as the longest-running and largest book fair in the Philippines, the Manila International Book Fair welcomes more than 100,000 visitors annually. The event has become a vibrant gathering place for readers, authors, publishers, educators, and industry professionals, offering opportunities to discover new books, attend author events, celebrate book launches, and foster meaningful literary connections.

Visitors to Booth 2-102 can look forward to meeting featured authors during a series of book signing events. Readers will have the opportunity to interact with the authors, discuss their works, and receive personally signed copies of their books.

Returning for his second Manila International Book Fair appearance, David Pinkston will showcase his first two published books, To Open One’s Eyes and The Untold Story of Satan’s Seed,” while giving readers a glimpse of an exciting new title currently on the horizon.

A special showcase of Anne Shostrom Collins’ Anne’s Songs: Words from the Father’s Heart will take place during the event, giving attendees the opportunity to discover the inspirational work and its heartfelt message.

The booth will also host several anticipated book launches, including M.B. Nasdeo’s “Made From Magic: An Avonridge Novel” and “Pharaoh’s Lightning,” Lane Sturkie’s “The Encounter” and “Thus Far The Lord Has Helped Us,” and J.A. Patrina’s “Subjugated: Humanity Unraveled.”

Beyond its featured authors, Reading Glass Books will present a diverse collection of titles spanning multiple genres, giving visitors the opportunity to discover stories that entertain, educate, and inspire. Guests can also explore the Reading Glass Magazine - Manila Special Issue, a curated literary publication featuring a special collection of books showcased during this year’s fair.
