APG|SGA sells its property in the city of Bern – with a positive impact of CHF 3.4 million on the net result

[Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR] APG: SGA is consistently implementing its defined real estate strategy. The building at Bahnhöheweg 82 in 3018 Bern requires modernisation and further development in the coming years; APG: SGA therefore decided at the beginning of the year to sell the property through a bidding process, sparking considerable interest from potential buyers.

This sale process has now been finalised with the signing of a sales contract for the property. The sale will result in positive net cash used in investing activities of CHF 10.4 million and is also expected to have a positive impact on APG: SGA SA’s net result of approximately CHF 3.4 million. This amount consists of the sale price less the carrying amount, taxes and transaction expenses.

The APG: SGA Bern offices will remain leased at Bahnhöheweg 82 in 3018 Bern.
