Watch MERIDA rider Ondra Slez compete with the World’s best freeriders at Natural Selection

Big air with the World’s best mountain bike freeriders: MERIDA supported rider Ondra Slez gained a wildcard entry to Natural Selection in New Zealand, taking on the huge jumps that are part of the Red Bull freeride/slopestyle event.

The custom-built NST course is situated on Mt. Dewar in the rider wonderland of Tāhuna, Queenstown. With a roster of riders that includes the who’s who of mountain bike big air, Ondra rode his custom ONE-SIXTY FR in the event, pushing our enduro/park platform to the limit.

With a background in BMX, Ondra is based in Czechia. He brought his smooth style to the event after being given a wildcard entry and making it all the way through to the main event. Taking on technically demanding course with signature commitment and skill, we can’t wait to see him in action – and find out the result.
