May 2026: Each year, World Cocktail Month sees MGallery Collection celebrate the art of mixology across its properties worldwide, turning the bar into a stage for creativity and connection. This year, MGallery Collection invites guests to experience the bar as a destination in its own right. In collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Pichaya “Pam” Soontornyanakij, the boutique hotel collection unveils an immersive pairing concept that transforms an evening drink into a curated gastronomic ritual, through the art of pairing cocktails and exquisite bites.
MGallery Collection’s celebrated Art of Mixology is expressed through both sip and bite, creating a refined conversation between cocktail and cuisine. Each pairing is designed not simply to accompany, but to elevate, allowing flavour, texture and aroma to move in harmony.
The collaboration with Chef Pam will come to life across 16 selected MGallery Collection properties spanning Europe, Asia, Australia, the Americas and the Middle East.
From heritage city landmarks to coastal sanctuaries and design-led urban retreats, each property offers its own distinctive setting, united by a shared celebration of flavour, creativity and elevated mixology. All this combined into a delicate moment of sharing for guests at MGallery Collection, offering a gentle pairing of a light bite, fresh cocktail and a conversation with a loved one or someone new.

Signature creations including Beef Tartare with Chilli Crème & Caviar, Golden Crab Toasts, and Crispy Squid with Ink Dip reflect Chef Pam’s hallmark balance of strength and finesse.
