As Fort Lauderdale continues to emerge as an accoladed dining destination, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale announces a new, year-long dinner series welcoming Michelin-recognized chefs from across the United States for one-night-only dining experiences. Launching March 2026 and unfolding on select Mondays throughout the year, the series is anchored at Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, the hotel’s Michelin-recognized, oceanfront restaurant led by Executive Chef Brandon Salomon. Each evening features a set, one-night-only menu, thoughtfully created by visiting chefs cooking side-by-side with the Four Seasons culinary team.

“Fort Lauderdale is coming into its own as a place where meaningful culinary moments are happening,” says General Manager Mali Carow of Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. “These collaborations reflect that momentum, and allow us to bring industry-recognized chefs into our kitchens in a way that feels intentional, collaborative, and true to our destination, all while reinforcing Fort Lauderdale as a place where star talent, creativity, and culture intersect.”

“For me, this series is about collaboration: between chefs, cuisines, and communities,” says Executive Chef Brandon Salomon of Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale. “Cooking alongside chefs I admire from around the country pushes all of us creatively, while giving our guests a chance to experience something truly unique. Each dinner exists for one night only, and that sense of exclusivity makes it incredibly special.”

At the heart of the series is Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, where Executive Chef Brandon Salomon has helped shape the city’s culinary identity through its award-winning coastal Floridian cuisine layered with Eastern Mediterranean influence. Kicking off the event is Chef Orianne Shapira, Executive Chef of Shmoné in New York City, the Michelin-starred restaurant from Chef Eyal Shani. The restaurant opened in 2022 and takes a highly seasonal, thoroughly market-driven approach to products and ingredients, with dishes evolving and appearing as their ingredients ripen and age.

The series marks the restaurant’s first ongoing national dining program, further establishing Evelyn’s and Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale as a stage for thoughtful, high-level culinary exchange.

Current 2026 schedule is as follows, with more collaborations to be announced:

  • Monday, April 27, 2026: Shmoné by Chef Orianne Shapira - one Michelin star (New York City, New York)
  • Monday, May 18, 2026: Torno Subito by Massimo Bottura by Chef Bernardo Paladini – Michelin Recommended (Miami, Florida)
  • Monday, January 11, 2027: Dakar NOLA by Chef Serigne Mbaye– Michelin Recommended (New Orleans, Louisiana)

Guests planning their visit to Fort Lauderdale around the Michelin-awarded chef dinner series are invited to extend the experience with the hotel’s Experience More offer.
