Their intervention places the planet at risk, positioning Brooke as a central figure in preventing large-scale destruction. As the only one who knows Dr Samuelson’s secret, Brooke is essential to saving both planets from catastrophy.

The novel blends elements of mythology, speculative science, action, and romance. Brooke’s internal struggle mirrors the external conflict, as she must decide how to protect both scientific integrity and Earth’s safety.

Zacarias, an attorney-at-law and multidisciplinary artist, has written, produced, and directed more than seventy feature films. His creative background also includes work as a playwright, songwriter, and poet. Fluent in several languages, he has traveled extensively and currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Midas represents an expansion of his storytelling into literary fiction.
