New restaurant Luigi’s brings Italian flavors to Helsinki Airport

An open kitchen that steals the spotlight

The heart of Luigi’s is its impressive kitchen is a handcrafted, custom-made open kitchen built in Italy, featuring a bright red kitchen island that instantly catches the eye. The kitchen has been called the “Ferrari of kitchens,” designed for top chefs and created to showcase the cooking experience.

At the new restaurant, all dishes are prepared to order and entirely on site, starting from pizza dough and focaccia made fresh every day. Guests can watch from up close as high-quality ingredients are transformed into delicious meals.

In addition to Italian influences, the restaurant’s interior also reflects Finnish craftsmanship, as the built‑in furnishings are handmade in Finland.

All-day dining for every moment of the journey

Luigi’s serves travellers throughout the day with options for every need. In the morning, guests can enjoy freshly baked focaccia and a build‑your‑own yogurt bar. During lunch and dinner, the all-day menu features fresh pizzas and pastas. From the bar, travellers can also pick up a refreshing spritz or a glass of sparkling wine before their flight. Sweet highlights include house-made tiramisu and Luigi’s signature lemon dessert.

Although Luigi’s focuses on craftsmanship and freshness, dishes are prepared efficiently without long waiting times. All items can be enjoyed on site or conveniently taken to go - even warm meals for your flight.
