Aether today announced RapidPrint™, a breakthrough polymer product line that unlocks dramatic accelerations in 3D printing for high-performance engineering materials. Depending on printer and part configuration, RapidPrint™ enables up to 5x faster print speeds while maintaining industry-leading mechanical properties—making advanced additive manufacturing radically more productive for aerospace, defense, and industrial users.

RapidPrint’s first commercial formulation, RapidPrint™ PA6 CF10 ABX (a modified PA6 with 10% carbon fiber), is engineered for high flow, broad printer compatibility, and excellent surface finish, printing effortlessly between 50–250 mm/s.
