iF DESIGN AWARD 2026: Last Chance – Registration until 5 November 2025

Until 5 November 2025, companies, designers, agencies as well as builders, architects and interior designers from around the world can submit their projects for the iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 at ifdesign.com. Submissions are possible in nine disciplines and 93 categories, offering a broad spectrum for innovative design. More than 130 independent, international design experts form the iF jury which selects the winners through a transparent and fair process. Since its premiere in 1954, the iF DESIGN AWARD has established itself as one of the world’s most important and prestigious design competitions, with over 10,000 submissions from 70 nations each year. It is considered as a symbol of outstanding design quality and focuses on innovation, sustainability, aesthetics, and forward-thinking design.

Evaluation criteria

All entries are evaluated according to five criteria. Alongside idea, form, function and differentiation, sustainability accounts for one fifth of the evaluation. The iF Sustainable Working Group (SWG) ensures that ecological and social aspects are holistically integrated into the iF jury process.
