John Leslie Hart’s “This Our Faith” Confronts Tragedy and Redemption at Frankfurt Book Fair 2025

“This Our Faith” by John Leslie Hart will be featured at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2025, taking place 15–19 October at Messe Frankfurt. The novel will be exhibited at Hall 5.1, Stand D86, as part of the joint showcase by The Maple Staple and Inks & Bindings, who are returning to Frankfurt with more than 150 independent titles.

The novel follows Sydney, a young boy caught in the aftermath of a devastating accident that leaves his brother LaMar gravely injured. As Sydney wrestles with guilt, financial struggles at home, and relentless bullying at school, he must find the strength to confront despair and fight for hope. Hart delivers a story that pulses with urgency, balancing heartbreak and flickers of light, and ultimately reminding readers of the redemptive power of faith, courage, and brotherly love.

A seasoned writer and former journalist, Hart has spent a lifetime capturing human stories. From his beginnings as a teen storyteller, through his career as a reporter, editor, and photographer that took him across more than 40 countries, he has consistently sought to illuminate resilience and meaning. His literary work, published through his own Jacob Marley Publications, continues this mission by offering narratives of endurance and hope.

The Maple Staple, in its second year at Frankfurt and co-exhibiting for the first time with U.S.-based partner Inks & Bindings, will highlight Hart’s book alongside a diverse lineup spanning children’s literature, memoirs, poetry, and spiritual works. Visitors to the stand can also enjoy author showcases, giveaways, and a free audiobook listening area.

“This Our Faith” will be exhibited at Hall 5.1, Stand D86 during the Frankfurt Book Fair 2025. Visitors are invited to explore the novel at the stand, while global readers can find it through Amazon and other major book retailers.
