Ruth Leedy Carr’s “Tipping Point for a Hollow Earth” Brings Prophecy and Warnings to Frankfurt Book Fair 2025
An exploration of polar shifts, hidden planetary secrets, and silenced scientific debate will be showcased this October in Frankfurt.

“Tipping Point for a Hollow Earth: How Asimov and Sagan Backed My Prophecy of a Polar Hole Shift to Europe” by Ruth Leedy Carr will be exhibited at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2025, the world’s largest event for books and publishing. Taking place this 15–19 October at Messe Frankfurt, the fair will feature Carr’s work at Hall 5.1, Stand D86, within the joint showcase of The Maple Staple and Inks & Bindings.
Carr’s book examines the looming threat of an Earth axis shift, the mysteries surrounding hollow Mars, and the curious silence of scientific authorities and media institutions. With images said to reveal a lighted polar hole on Mars’s night side, she challenges conventional explanations and highlights NASA’s refusal to comment in response to congressional inquiry. At the same time, she positions Isaac Asimov and Carl Sagan as guiding voices offering a way forward from what she describes as an existential turning point.
Drawing on a background in journalism, psychology, and sociology, Carr brings decades of research to her work, beginning with her early studies into Edgar Cayce’s cataclysmic prophecies and the hollow Earth theory in the 1980s. Recognized by UFO researcher William L. Moore as the world’s foremost proponent of the theory, her writing has been a cornerstone in alternative planetary studies for over forty years.
The Maple Staple and Inks & Bindings, co-exhibiting for the first time at Frankfurt, will present Carr’s book alongside more than 150 titles, a program of book signings, giveaways, and a debut audiobook listening area. Together, the exhibitors highlight independent authors whose work pushes boundaries and invites debate.
“Tipping Point for a Hollow Earth: How Asimov and Sagan Backed My Prophecy of a Polar Hole Shift to Europe” will be on display at Hall 5.1, Stand D86 during the Frankfurt Book Fair 2025. Visitors are encouraged to discover the book in person at the stand, while readers worldwide can access it through Amazon and other major global book sellers.
