Byblos reopened its doors following a summer break, welcoming guests once again to savour the finest Lebanese cuisine against captivating views of Bahrain Bay. A newly extended terrace now offers a more spacious, immersive setting, while a refreshed menu introduces a contemporary twist to beloved Lebanese classics.

Located along the beachfront of Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, the restaurant invites diners to enjoy an experience that blends time-honoured dishes with modern presentation, signature beverages, and a lively social atmosphere.
Shaped by his upbringing in Zahle, Chef Tony El Khoury brings authenticity and creativity to every dish on the Byblos menu to celebrates Lebanon’s rich gastronomic heritage while introducing modern refinements. The new menu showcases a wide array of appetisers, salads, main dishes, and desserts. Delicate cold appetisers include Eggplant Raheb with grilled eggplant, tahina, and crispy kunafa; Labneh Makdous with walnuts and dill; and Fattah Vine Leaves with eggplant, yogurt with garlic and pine nuts. Vibrant salads feature Haloumi Salad with rocket, pomegranate, and braided cheese. Hot mezzeh such as Freekeh Shrimp with pesto and sautéed shrimp, and Kebbeh Short Ribs in BBQ sauce with molasses and pistachio, are crafted for sharing. Main courses include Kebbeh Bell Labban, while desserts like Halawet El Jebn filled with Qishta, offer a sweet finale.
Signature mocktails, including Pink Lychee and Mango Delight complement each dish, enhancing the dining experience. As families and friends gather over laughter and conversation, the gentle sound of waves and live music set the tone for evenings where every visit becomes a memorable culinary celebration.
Culinary Nights and Entertainment
Byblos invites guests to look forward to a series of themed culinary evenings set to unfold in the coming weeks. The much-anticipated Barbecue Nights, featuring live entertainment, will include live stations serving sizzling Lamb Chop, Seabass, Shish Tawook, Lamb Tikka, and succulent meat Kebabs, along with Byblos’ signature Kunafa and Um Ali.
