This book event will take place at South Dearborn Street (from Ida B. Wells to Polk Street) in Chicago’s historic Printing House Row District, on September 6-7, 2025.

C.B. Dutton, also known as “Geri,” is an author born and raised in a small town in Maryland. Her inspiration in writing is based on her time living in the quiet corners of small-town life. Her stories are rooted in truth, shaped by real emotion and experience, but always told through the lens of fiction. Her husband, Greg Dutton, also plays a huge part in her life as a storyteller, helping her shape her locational scenes and diction.
