“Forman’s anecdotes and scientific insights, combined with her professional and personal experiences, make this book a valuable resource for fostering deeper connections and improving communication skills.” – Amy K., Amazon review
In her thirty-year labor of love book, “Soul to Soul Communication and Connection,” communication expert octogenarian Ruth Lindeck Forman takes readers through enlightening and light-hearted conversations that aim to enhance, inspire, and uplift them to promote well-being, civility, and inclusion. She shares charming and engrossing of fellow humanity and highlights how they triumphed or serenely accepted their challenges.
She declares that everyone has the sole right to define who they are by what is in their heart and soul, they matter, and offers a guide to find and fulfill their destiny. This reader-friendly journey is supported by science, woven with connections to nature, and covers socio-political issues such as racism and diversity. These ideas encourage compassion, understanding, and wisdom for the readers and others. She also shares her risky adventures with her husband going to mountain tops, dancing with Russian individuals, and living in a local village on a remote island in the Eastern Caribbean.
Whether you are living a fortunate life or struggling, through no fault of your own, the following is her hope: reading Soul to Soul Connection and Communication further inspires you to be and do your best and take advantage of life’s callings. Then, as you approach the final days of your physical life’s journey, you can say that although I have a few minor regrets, I am glad I lived the life I lived.

Author’s Biography:
Ruth was born to parents who fled Nazi Germany and immigrated to Manhattan, N.Y. She was always grateful that the United States welcomed her and her father’s extended family. As a young, bright, perceptive, optimistic, and curious child, her Mother relied heavily on Ruth’s instincts and capabilities.
In 1962, Ruth married her true love. That year, Ruth also received her Bachelor of Science in Education and the Certificate for Speech and Hearing Therapy from The Ohio State University (OSU). The department was created a few years after the end of World War II. So, she was educated by pioneers in her field. Later, at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), she received her Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders in 1979, now named Communication Disorders and Sciences Department. Later, at CSUN, Ruth and her husband Lee were designated Founding and Lifetime members of the Dean Circle in the College of Health and Human Development (HHD). Ruth is honored to be a member of the President Associates and continues to support several areas of the university. She passionately supports environmental, civil, and human rights and local and international humanitarian organizations.
Ruth and Lee deeply believe that building a home in Nevis was one of the best decisions they ever made, besides having their three children.
