This also included the works of ambitious writers like Jeanette Judith McAdoo, who successfully displayed her own little murder mystery “The Ax.”
The book’s premise is straightforward enough: It’s set in a peaceful town that suddenly finds itself thrown in turmoil by the sudden onset of ax murders. And despite all the best efforts of local police, there seemed to be no clear pattern or motive linking the killings, let alone pointing them to the killer’s identity. Enter McAdoo’s central detective character Dr. Lewis Tanner, who takes a shot at each murder case and eventually believes he knows the killer’s identity.

“The Ax” has been one of six that she has published so far, but having a book displayed for more readers is always a wonderful achievement for any author. She has already been featured twice in her town’s local paper and pulled off two successful book signings since she started getting published.
