Pizza International Announces Purchase Of "Look It’s Me On TV"

DELRAY BEACH, FL -- Pizza International, Inc (PINKSHEETS: PZZL) has acquired Look It’s Me On TV, the distributor, reseller and retailer of photo personalized entertainment and educational products for children of all ages. The primary mission of Look It’s Me On TV is to be a leading provider of proprietary digital products and services for families Internationally.

Through a partnership with PixFusion, the company has a U.S. and Canada license with Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for the sale and distribution of an exclusive, photo personalized DVD featuring any child in “I Am The Amazing Spider-Man”™ -- based on the animated series (MTV), a twenty-six minute cartoon adventure. Products and services are focused on leveraging the entertainment values of national and international brand names and their intellectual properties.

Pizza International, Inc. is also the parent company of Pizza.Net, the largest on-line search engine for restaurants that serve pizza. The search engine, founded in 2003, facilitates on-line ordering for the delivery or pick-up of fresh pizza and lists pizzerias and restaurants that serve pizza throughout the United States.

Tim Simpson, Chief Executive Officer of Pizza International, Inc., stated that the acquisition of Look It’s Me On TV will strengthen the corporation’s Internet business model. “Already in the fast-paced Internet market with a service for pizza lovers, we now take advantage of the emerging children’s DVD market as well. Pizza and kids, it’s a great combination,” said Simpson.

Look It’s Me On TV was founded in 2006. In addition to the “I Am The Amazing Spider-Man”™ -- based on the animated series (MTV ) product, it also has a proprietary line of twelve (12) photo personalized animated adventure stories on DVD. “Moving forward, we will conduct distribution tests, both on-line and with brick-and-mortar photo retailers, to gain strategic insights for additional alliances and distribution opportunities that will be initialized in 2007,” said Simpson.
