MICHELIN Guide 2023 – Belgrade

Despite the difficult consequences of the health crisis, Belgrade continues to offer a high-quality culinary offering, with an international focus. 3 new restaurants make their entry into the MICHELIN Guide Belgrade selection

Michelin is delighted to present the 2023 selection of the MICHELIN Guide Belgrade. In this second edition, 3 new restaurants are recommended by the Guide, bringing to 17 the total number of establishments showcased by the inspectors in the Serbian capital.

“Despite the hardships the COVID crisis caused for the restaurant and international tourism industry, Belgrade has showed resilience and is continuing to develop. Our inspection teams were excited by the high-quality dishes served in the recommended restaurants, with culinary offerings imbued with modernity and diversity, while also focusing on local culinary traditions. Observed trends included international influences and innovative flavors in the Belgrade gastronomic repertoire, illustrating the determination of restaurant owners and their staff to turn their city into a gourmet destination to be discovered”, declared Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guides.
