Sitting at his kitchen table 20 years ago, little did Mike Fern know that he’d eventually become an in-demand home-based business success coach, sharing the secrets of his entrepreneurial successes, and teaching other people how to become wealthy in their own home-based businesses.

You see, at the time, Mike, like so many others, was looking to break out of the 9 to 5 daily grind of working for a boss, earning low wages and doing work he wasn’t passionate about.

In his own words: "At that moment in my life, I was single, living paycheck to paycheck at a job I was unhappy with. My boss and co-workers were nice people and the environment was pleasant enough, but my monthly pay was only just enough to get by, and I quickly grew bored of the work. Even in those days, I dreamed of one day having my own business, doing something I cared about and becoming wealthy, so that I could travel and spend time with my family and friends, and enjoy life.”

"I remember talking to family and friends about my dissatisfaction with my work, and my desire for wealth. While most of those I spoke to politely nodded, giving me the impression that I was “expecting too much out of life”, a few people believed enough in me to inspire my dream of wealth and happiness and urged me to pursue my dream.”

Mike set about researching and exploring all the usual options in the marketplace.... MLM opportunities, franchises, work-at-home opportunities, get rich quick schemes, home-based business opportunities geared to work-at-home moms, and real estate investing courses promoted on late night TV.

Then one day Mike had an idea for a unique, cutting-edge advertising agency that wasn’t being done anywhere in the country, and he knew if it existed, clients would flock to him.

With about $500 in his bank account, Mike quit his day job and set about creating his first business. Within 2 months the infrastructure of the business was established, and in the first week of operation he found his first client. Within only fourth months business was booming and he had 25 more clients!

That was just the beginning. Since then Mike has created and sold several successful advertising, publishing, and marketing companies -- one of which became the #1 internet market leader in its industry, eventually selling for $15 million dollars!
