Suntory Group Notification Regarding Reorganization and Executive Appointments 2022

This is to notify that Suntory Holdings Limited will be reorganizing group companies and implementing their executive appointments.

- Reorganization

Reorganization of Suntory Spirits Limited

・Part of the raw spirits development function of the Spirits Company Development Department will be transferred to the Whisky Blending & Planning Department. In keeping therewith, the Whisky Development & Production Department will be renamed Whisky Development & Production Division.

・In order to reinforce production and quality control of domestic whisky, a Whisky Production Department will be established under Whisky Development & Production Division.
