McDonald’s Canada is discontinuing On-Cup McCafé® Rewards stickers and cards

Starting August 1^st, McDonald’s restaurants in Canada* will begin to transition to hot beverage cups without McCafé^® Rewards stickers and cards. Once the transition is complete, the on-cup McCafé Rewards stickers and cards will no longer be available.
In 2021, McDonald’s Canada introduced MyMcDonald’s Rewards, allowing guests to earn points on every order** through the McDonald’s app and redeem them for free McDonald’s like a Big Mac®, Happy Meal®, or any size Fries. The new loyalty program is the next logical step in the company’s digital transformation for better value and a better guest. Guests can now earn and redeem points for more of what they love, beyond just hot coffee and tea.

Completed McCafé Rewards cards can be redeemed at participating McDonald’s restaurants in Canada until December 31, 2023. McCafé Rewards cards and Rewards stickers cannot be transferred to the McDonald’s app and have no cash value.

Purchase valid on the following hot McCafé beverages purchased à la carte or as part of a meal or pairing: latte, cappuccino, mocha, Americano, brewed coffee, tea and Hot Chocolate; not valid on single espresso and double espresso. Redemption valid on a medium hot McCafé beverage; choose from single espresso, double espresso, latte, cappuccino, mocha, Americano, brewed coffee, tea or Hot Chocolate. Redemption not available with meals or pairings, or with any other offer, discount or coupon. Valid at participating McDonald’s restaurants in Canada.* Product availability varies by restaurant.
To redeem a completed on-cup McCafé Rewards card, present completed card to crew member at the time of order at the front counter or drive-thru. Redemption not valid at the kiosk, with curbside service, on mobile orders done with the McDonald’s app, or with McDelivery^® orders.
