Denver-based homebuilder, Epic Homes, was honored as a finalist in multiple categories at the 2021 MAME awards. Epic Homes’ Invite model and Envision model were both finalists.

Presented by the Sales & Marketing Council and the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, the Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards honor top achievers in the industry.

Epic Homes’ Envision model was a finalist in the “Best Interior Merchandising of a Model - Detached Home - Priced $400,001 to $550,000” category. Epic Homes collaborated with Ellis Design studio for the interior design of the model. The Envision model is available for viewing 7 days a week at Epic Homes’ Painted Prairie community in Aurora, CO.

Epic Homes’ Invite model was a finalist for two awards -- “Best Interior Merchandising of a Model - Priced over $850,000” and “Best Architectural Design of a Model over 3,200 sq. ft.” Epic Homes collaborated with Possibilities for Design on the interior design and KGA Studio Architects on the architecture of the Invite model. The Invite is available for touring 7 days a week at Epic Home’s Trails at Crowfoot community in Parker, CO.
