Local Colorado homebuilder, Epic Homes reached its five-year milestone as a business this week. Founder and owner Christina Presley started Epic Homes in 2015 with the intention of creating a home building company unlike any other in the industry.

When it comes to our buyers, our philosophy is to begin with a conversation about what their home will mean to them and how they want to live in it. Epic Homes’ debut community was Leyden Rock, an Arvada-based new home development.

“In Leyden Rock, we were able to showcase what really makes Epic Homes special – we created unique home designs that combined practical use of space while achieving a ’wow’ factor that was unlike anything in the market,” Presley said. “We combined that with our willingness to offer greater customization and personalization than many builders in the market, and were able to deliver a truly one-of-a-kind home that our homeowner’s love.”

After Leyden Rock, Epic Homes began building in the Broomfield-based community, Anthem Highlands, and has since expanded into Anthem’s luxury enclave, Anthem Reserve, where it is currently building.

In February, Epic Homes held a grand opening for its newest community, Painted Prairie, in Aurora. Upholding its reputation as a standout homebuilder with exceptional home designs, Epic unveiled its revolutionary Painted Prairie homes and “Epic Elevated” — a unique option allowing homebuyers to build an additional story on three of Epic’s five base home plans.

Since its inception, Epic Homes has delivered 123 homes to families, all the while upholding people and relationships as the company’s top priority.
