Designed to make it extremely easy to shop, purchase and close on a new Berkeley Home without having to violate any social restrictions and advisories, the home builder is providing a safe and proactive way to let people achieve their new home ownership dreams.

• Home shoppers start by choosing a community of interest on liveberkeley.com
• Then they can then explore interactive floorplans, 3D walk-throughs and model home video tours on the website.
• Once buyers have narrowed down to the floorplan they like, they may check out Berkeley’s quick-move-in homes to see if that plan is currently under construction or ready now.
• If the desired floorplan is not available as a quick move-in, Berkeley will work with buyers to customize their chosen floorplan on their choice of homesite.
• Next a buyer can schedule a virtual meeting via video chat with a Community Manager.
• Finally, all contracts and documents will be sent via DocuSign® for a touchless transaction. Additionally, Berkeley Homes’ closing companies are standing by for remote or drive-through closings.
