The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor female executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the global companies they run. Over 1,500 entries were submitted this year in more than 90 categories. In recognition for her leadership work with solo sciences, Flannery was awarded Silver in the Female Executive of the Year category for Business Services. 

Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of over 150 business professionals from around the world, working in eight distinct categories.
