Original Screenplay comes in book form to teach employees survival concepts in the always-evolving business models

In Nathaniel H. Echols, Jr. book, “An Unsilent Partner”, he parlays his own framework of how an office organization should function and serve. He highlights the end goal of each employee to be armed with the necessary and practical tools to survive, manage, and cope should an unfortunate circumstance befall the only source of income.

The book, written earnestly, shares in confident details that getting employed and staying employed remains one of the significant stressors in life that must be dealt with and maneuvered wisely.

“An Unsilent Partner” recognizes that a business doesn’t grow without its people, but some decisions are made, which may, or may not, benefit everyone. In these moments, the author contends that enlightenment occurs, a phrase in Latin called “Temet Nosce” that means “Know thy self.” As he describes it, “This revelation begins a journey of enigmatic consequences or great achievements together as a team with strong sagacity of synergy or clearly a diverse trend.”
