CA Ranked As A Top 100 Provider Of Financial Technology

Moves to Eleventh Spot on Worldwide Ranking of Technology Providers To the Financial Services Industry

ISLANDIA, N.Y., November 9, 2006 – CA (NYSE: CA) today announced that for the second consecutive year it has been ranked among the top technology and services providers to the financial industry as part of the prestigious FinTech 100, published by American Banker and Financial Insights, an IDC Company.

Continuing to significantly expand its financial services business, CA moved from FinTech’s Top 25 Enterprise ranking last year to placing 11th on the FinTech 100 this year. The FinTech 100 list is comprised of companies with more than 33% of their revenues attributable to financial services.
