Comedians, creatives, futurists and fearless brands join the 2019 speaker line-up

2018 brought news of Iceland’s banned Christmas TV ad, provoking global discussions around the destructive impact of palm oil production. In 2019, Managing Director, Richard Walker, Greenpeace UK’s Executive Director, John Sauven and Mother’s Partner and Head of Strategy, Katie Mackay-Sinclair, will join us to demonstrate the power of creativity and bold brand action in sparking important conversations.

From the world of comedy, BAFTA-winning writer and director of ‘Yes Minister’, Jonathan Lynnwill join his son, Teddy Lynn, Co-Founder of Episode Four, to discuss the new rules for comedy in the modern age.

Unruly’s resident Futurist, Elena Corchero, whose work explores the future of ambient technology in the home and its potential to connect brands with consumers, will take to the stage this year. We’re also joined by RPA’s Chief Marketing Officer, Tim Leake, who will pose the unusual question: ‘Does ‘ugly’ sell?’.

Start-up Candid’s Co-founder, Bobby Ghoshal, joins the line-up of D2C challenger brands appearing at the 2019 Festival (including founders from HelloFresh, Away and Casper).

Finally, returning by popular demand to deliver brand new research, is Scott Galloway, Founder of Gartner L2 and Professor of Marketing at NYU Stern. In 2019, he will share his predictions on the state of commerce and where we should be spending our marketing budgets.
