Company’s Successful “NVIDIA PartnerForce™” Channel Program To Extend to Europe and Latin America in 2007

SANTA CLARA, CA—OCTOBER 31, 2006—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide leader in programmable graphics processor technologies, today announced that it has won two awards; “Best System Builder Solution for Hardware” and “Best System Builder Marketing Program/Promotion” at the IT ChannelVision Fall 2006 conference held earlier this month in Phoenix, Arizona. IT ChannelVision Fall 2006 featured over 200 North American IT channel decision-makers and the “Best of IT ChannelVision Awards™” are the only awards voted on solely by attending resellers and solution providers. Winning both awards validates NVIDIA’s continued commitment to the Company’s global channel partners, all of whom have been very successful in serving the needs of customers in the North American IT marketplace.

As part of this commitment, and building on its successful Authorized Distributor and Authorized Board Partner programs, NVIDIA recently launched NVIDIA PartnerForce, a marketing program for resellers, system builders, e-tailers and retailers of any size that deliver NVIDIA-based components or systems. The program provides members with key sales and marketing resources as well as valuable communications and promotional information. In 2007, NVIDIA will extend the PartnerForce program to Europe and Latin America.

“NVIDIA has gone above and beyond to foster deep, lasting relationships with its channel partners. For my business, this means providing me with smart programs that I can immediately leverage to enhance my sales efforts and grow revenues,” said Eric Cheung, CEO of CyberPower PC. “It is wonderful to see them gain recognition for working closely to empower partners no matter the size of the company or platform they choose.”

Attendees at the Fall conference included System Builders representing the sale of millions of units annually in both end-user and wholesale markets; VARs that provide complete hardware, software, and service solutions to a wide range of vertical markets; Enterprise Solution Providers who serve enterprise customers nationally and globally; and Digital Home Resellers driving the high-growth market for CE and home integration, automation and networking. Nominees in both award categories included AMD, Ricoh, and US Robotics.

“In 2006, NVIDIA looked at the whole channel ecosystem and increased our investment by providing partners with new and innovative programs, products and functionality that allows them to grow their businesses. Being a dedicated graphics technology provider, we can also offer the platform flexibility our partners need to succeed,” said John Lonergan, vice president of world wide channel sales at NVIDIA. “Winning both of these awards, from the votes of our partners, underscores our long-term commitment to their success.”
