How Could Dogs Build a Nest?

With the help of friends, anything is possible

What could possibly be worse than an already dismantled nest, caused by a horrendous storm, with three nestling robins? Could a bully bulldog aggravate the already dire situation?

Shiela Sowards, author of children’s educational book, “Skipper and Friends Build a Nest”, has published a unique story of friendship that teaches young readers of three things: to respect nature; to work together to accomplish a worthwhile goal; and, how to make a bird’s nest.

The story starts with Skipper waking up with excitement as he will fly kites with his friends in the park. He passes by the backyard and finds three baby robins on the ground. Assuming the nest was blown off from the storm last night, he builds a momentary fort to keep the babies safe then builds a nest for them. Skipper’s friends come to his house and, upon finding out about the situation, they lend a helping hand.

Join Skipper in his quest, build a nest, with his friends by immersing yourself into the amazing world that Shiela Sowards has vividly created. The book is available for purchase on Amazon: Amazon Page.
