Drawbridge Hosts Customer Summit as Brands and Marketers Double Down on Identity Resolution

Held in the penthouse at Hotel Giraffe in New York, the event began with a keynote from Drawbridge founder and CEO, Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan and focused on why we are now in the Age of Identity. Kamakshi pointed to several factors, including recent analyst reports that focused specifically on Identity for the first time, as well as data showing that marketers are prioritizing their focus and investment in identity over the next 12 months. With Google and Facebook making it increasingly difficult to leverage data outside their walled gardens, Kamakshi explained why it’s imperative that platforms, brands, and marketers not only take ownership over their own identity strategies, but also how they can activate those efforts.

Randy Cotta, Drawbridge’s Director of Data Science, then provided a deep dive into the science of identity, how it has evolved over the past five years, and where it is headed in the future. The presentation explained how cross-device linkages and device graphs have now been amplified via machine learning to make multi-resolution identity — accurate descriptions of household, consumer, and device level data — possible, allowing for group-level targeting and relationship-aware attribution.

Haylee Adkins, Drawbridge’s Head of Customer Success, then moderated a panel with key customers to discuss how they are incorporating identity solutions into their overall strategy, as well as how publishers and major CPG brands are approaching identity.

Drawbridge’s COO Dave Zinman also gave attendees a sneak peek into Drawbridge’s upcoming product roadmap as part of the company’s commitment to integrating customer feedback into its products.
