Interbrand Cincinnati makes leadership appointments, enhancing consumer branding team

Former Executive Director, Brian Erdman becomes Managing Director of Consumer Branding, Debbie Arnold joins as Senior Director of Business Development.

Interbrand Cincinnati, which is home to the organization’s consumer branding and retail teams, announced the promotion of Brian Erdman from Executive Director to Managing Director, Consumer Branding, North America, and the hire of Senior Director of Business Development, Debbie Arnold.

In Erdman’s new role, he will lead the consumer branding practice from Cincinnati and will hold the responsibility of growing important client relationships, as well as developing ways Interbrand Cincinnati and their network partners, such as C Space, can collaborate to advance their offerings.”

Erdman has over 20 years of deep experience in consumer branding, including spending the last 8 years with Interbrand, most recently serving as Executive Director. Erdman has the valuable perspective of having spent time on both the agency and client sides, with roles that also included Brand Management at Procter & Gamble.

Interbrand hired Debbie Arnold as the Senior Director of Business Development to foster relationships between Interbrand and some the organizations largest consumer branding clients. She is dedicated to developing strong, long-lasting relationships with her clients by driving long-term financial results for their businesses.

Some of the global brands she has worked with include Olay, Pantene, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Western & Southern, and Verizon.

Arnold’s extensive knowledge of the packaged goods industry, blended with her background in design and research, offers a unique lens to help identify client’s needs to better help them drive innovation to develop their brands.
