Colorado Homebuilder, Wonderland Homes, Wins Two Best Awards at This Year’s Northern Colorado Parade of Homes

The Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado (NOCO HBA) recently announced its 2015 Parade of Homes winners, and homegrown Colorado builder, Wonderland Homes, landed two of ten prestigious awards.

From Wonderland’s Summit Collection at The Lakes at Centerra in Loveland, the builder’s 2632 Bluestem Willow Drive home was nominated for five Parade of Homes awards and won both, “Best Floor Plan” and “Best Craftsmanship.”

The multi-site, 2015 NOCO HBA Parade of Homes was held over two weekends in September. 27 Builders showcased 34 beautiful homes and one community across Northern Colorado from Wellington to Platteville.  The event drew record crowds.  Each home was professionally judged for a multitude of features, including: landscaping, floor plan, architectural exterior, interior decorating and more. Awards were presented at the Parade of Homes Awards Reception held at the Embassy Suites in Loveland on October 15th.
