Nationally acclaimed interior design and model merchandising company, Lita Dirks & Co., together with Mark Built Homes, gained national accolades at the recent New Jersey Builders Association’s 2015 Sales and Marketing Awards. “Community of the Year – Attached Community Under $350,000” was awarded to Mark Built Homes for their James Place community in Morristown, NJ. Lita Dirks & Co., was the interior designer for their models. Held at the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, the 28th Annual SAM Awards honored the best in residential design, sales, and marketing in New Jersey.
