NewVoiceMedia helps Platform Black win World’s Best Supply Chain Finance Provider Award

NewVoiceMedia, the leading cloud contact center vendor, has helped alternative finance company Platform Black win ’Best Payables Supplier Financing Solution’ at Global Finance magazine’s World’s Best Supply Chain Finance Providers Awards.

Announced, the winners of the eighth annual awards were selected by Global Finance’s editorial team, with input from industry analysts, corporate executives and technology experts. Selection was based on criteria ranging from market share, to client-specific implementations.

Platform Black has transformed its sales operation with NewVoiceMedia’s true cloud contact center technology. The business deployed ContactWorld for Sales and Marketing, with Salesforce integration, to drive sales effectiveness and has traded over $121m in less than two years.
